My Approach

I do not do multiple, simultaneous assignments. This allows me give my undivided attention to my client’s needs and I
"tune in" to their culture and tailor my approach accordingly to help achieve a successful result. 
My background in blending the technical requirements of a Project Manager role with the personal relationship management skills needed as a Change Manager has allowed me to balance business and staff operating needs with technology considerations.
In addition, my focus on identifying areas for potential improvement on an operational as well as individual basis with a clear set of goals and a road map for success has allowed my clients as well as my company to benefit directly.
My firm commitment to personal excellence, accountability, and reward for successful performance  has allowed me to develop strong relationships with my clients and motivate their staff beyond expectations.
